Our Story
A tropical idea, rooted in the Himalayan foothills.
Why we are creating a Bali-inspired villa retreat in the Jim Corbett region — and the principles shaping it.
The Idea
Living outdoors, beautifully.
Balinese architecture has a rare gift: it dissolves the line between inside and outside. Rooms open to courtyards, water cools the air, and gardens become part of daily life.
CasaCabana – The White Wild brings that way of living to the forests of the Jim Corbett region in Uttarakhand. The project is planned as a collection of 42 private pool villas in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, with a clubhouse at its centre and landscaped gardens throughout.
The name holds both halves of the idea. Casa Cabana — a home and a retreat. The White Wild — calm, light-filled architecture set against the richness of the natural world around it.
Our Principles
Four ideas guide every decision.
Nature first
The landscape leads. Buildings are kept low, planting is generous, and every villa looks out onto water and green.
Honest materials
Timber, stone and natural textures chosen to weather gracefully and feel calm underfoot.
Privacy by design
Each villa is planned with its own pool and garden, screened for privacy without feeling closed in.
Hospitality at heart
CasaCabana is conceived as a place to be looked after — for owners and for guests.
